Colour Power aims to empower all those who visit our sites and come to our workshops and courses with new energy and insights into themselves and others. Colours and crystals will give you a different perspective on life and show you how to use your intuition, your innate healing ability and enjoy yourself in the process! Colour is part of our lives from the day we are born. We all have colours we love and some we don’t. The affect of colour is often emotional and our language uses colour to explain this. We can be feeling blue (sad), seeing red (angry), white as a sheet (fear). We react to colour subconsciously, being attracted to a colour or rejecting one can tell us a lot about how we are feeling once we learn the meanings of each one. We all need every colour to stay healthy. There are many ways we can bring all the colours into our lives. We can wear them, decorate our home with them and if we eat a balanced diet we will be eating all the colours! The power of each colour helps us to keep our energies balanced and this value is amplified by the power of crystals which are another wonderful way of bringing colour into our lives.
